Prediction #101
In Technology, Haunted postulates...
Will AOL continue to worsen and die?
Note: This prediction has now closed, and is waiting for Haunted to confirm the final outcome
I forecast it 50% likely. If reliability doesn't stip right away death
Wilth the feedback and lack of intersets in AOL and it changing but not for the better I only see other Search and Browsers killing it by simple quality issues.

Most Likely..
Like, how much money do they have in reserves anyways? I don't think anyone would want to buy them out. Good luck AOL! I loved A.I.M. back in the day lol.

worsen yes... die no.

Yes...like a victim with cancer and the best medicine money can buy, AOL will not be bought or transform. AOL is going to die. The technology that birthed AOL as grown, evolved, mutated and reorganized itself into models that AOL could never hope to achieve on its own. It would take a merger with someone like Google or Verizon to save it and at that point AOL (internet with training wheels) would cease to exist in a form that anyone would recognize. The new models of technology that allow access to the internet that exist and that are, coming available with negate AOL's need soon. Kinda sad actually. I had an AOL account from 95 to 2000.
